smart water?
So i heard smart water helps so you will not retain water, does any one know if is true?
She is right.!! Ugh I just started to retain water and I'll be 29 weeks tomorrow....so much for needing water lol
LOL no. It's water. Water is water. Drinking lots of water in general will help with water retention. But sometimes no matter what you do or how much you drink you're going to retain water!
