I quit as soon as I found out and I smoked for 5 years . I would just think about blowing smoke in my baby's face . now I'm 35 weeks with a very heathy baby boy and I still crave ciggarettes but im a mother now before anything else. You can do it girl.

I quit cold turkey as soon as I started trying to conceive.  I've always thought about each cigarette being a choice to be a smoker. It's a hard choice but you have to choose not to light it.

I smoked for years and I thought I would never quit!!!! It's not as hard as you think I promise you! You just have to put your mind to it....maybe chew gum or eat some chips or something. I promise you though you can quit it's just mind over matter and really wanting too.
