I need some help I got in a fight with my husband about an hour ago and I was really upset and crying a lot and now I have some cramping and I'm 7 weeks today is it normal to have cramps after crying alot ?
Me and my husband fight all the time and I start cramping and everything best thing to do is get a big glass of ice water and lay down with a pillow between your legs and one under your belly, Lay on your LEFT side
