Complete loss of pregnancy symptoms at 6 weeks

Hello Ladies:

I have been lurking here for while and today I need some support to ease my mind. I am about 6 weeks along and have had 2 m/c in the last 12 months. I had cramps, nausea, extreme exhaustion and SORE boobs last week, this morning NOTHING! I felt like I could run a marathan, poked by breasts - NOTHING! I am due for an u/s on Monday but don't think can last the weekend. Anyone experience this and go on to have a healthy baby??

Worried, worried, worried...

Thank you guys so much for your posts, I feel a little less neurotic.

Chloe, I am so happy for your pregnancy. I am freaking out with every cramp and with every "no cramp" just because I lost two pregnancies. I am happy to hear that you saw a heartbeat!

Well, I hope I will be able to post some good news tomorrow.

Good luck and thank you everyone.

It is TOTALLY normal for symptoms to disappear then re-appear at any time! No worries!

Don't worry yet, sometimes symptoms come and go all the time, I freak out all the time because some days my bbs are sore other days they feel great, so don't worry.
Unless you start to bleed or cramp heavily, stay calm.
