At 29 weeks the survival rate is about 90% with lots of help from the NICU. You really dont want to have your baby before 37 weeks.

From personal experience.....it is too early. I went into preterm labor at 33 weeks early...and then they said it was too early. Luckily, they gave me shots which held my labor off and stopped it.....but not everyone is so lucky. A baby born this early would most likely be in the NICU for weeks if not more. My doctor told me to make it to 36 weeks, and if I went into labor at 36 weeks or later, they would not stop it. I also was given shots for the baby's lungs at 33 weeks just incase I went into labor again before I hit the mark they wanted me to reach.

Hang in there. I know pregnancy is long and you cant fight when mother nature wants you to give birth...but if you at all feel like this baby is coming and you go into labor...i would seek medical attention to try and stop labor.....if that happens of course.

Your baby would have a good chacne of survival but would almost certainly need intensive care.

You definitely want to hang in there as long as possible.

29 weeks would be too early. 37 weeks is considered full term and the longer they are in there the better

If you consider being in the NICU for a couple months okay, in the best case senario then yes. Hang in there as long as you can, but obviously you can't fight nature.
