Go buy a head of cabbage, chill it in the fridge. Place the cold leaves in ur bra every 30 minutes. Also benadryl 3x daily will help dry you up. You can hand express but only do it just enough to make you comfortable. If you do it too much it will signal your body to make more. I agree with the other poster my first son had issues with me taking in dairy. I cut all dairy out and had no more problems. At 6 months I began introducing dairy back in 1 at a time. I successfully breastfed him till 10 1/2 months. Good luck.
My son couldnt digest breastmilk either. I just stopped pumping all together, and I think it took about 5 days for the pain to go away. Hope you get to feeling better.
if you wanna stop breast feeding or want your milk to dry up quicker I heard its good to put cabbage leaf in your bra it helps dry them out
My sisters kids couldnt handle if she had any dairy so she cut it out completely and still breastfed until her kids were over a year old. It takes getting used to but you can still breastfeed if you want. Its worth a try but it does take a few days to get existing dairy out of your system. Good luck
I never breastfed and was told with my first to do this to get the milk out quicker and did everything but the cream for the 2nd. Wear those breast pads then a nice supportive bra with a semi-snug sports bra over. Use the nipple cream for discomfort and don't soap up or rub your nipples and pat dry after a shower. It took a few weeks to lose all the milk but they said without the pressure of an added bra, it would've taken longer. Also, you can take mortin for pain which I did for my 2nd instead of the cream bc it felt like it was a deep pain inside not just the nipple area
