I'm 10 weeks and have gained 2 to 3 kilos already I know it's bad. I havnt had morning sickness but if I don't eat I feel like I'm going to be sick and pass out but I'm going to try and eat 6 smaller meals throughout the day instead of three biggish ones with snacks in between. I eat healthy anyway but too much of something even of its healthy still isn't a good thing. So maybe try smaller portions but more of them also make sure you eat things that have a low GI so you feel fuller for longer so if you eat toast for brekky don't eat white bread eat wholemeal or seedy bread or you could try porridge( oatmeal) if you eat cereal don't go for the sugary stuff go for muslie or like bran or something pretty much all veggies are good minus potatoes which pretty much have no nutritional value and are just carbsamd pumpkin it has a high GI ....most fruits are low GI except watermelon
Beans are great have a low GI just make sure they aren't full of sugar and salt if you buy ready made beans

I gained 60! My doctor told me not to worry about my weight as long as I was eating right and healthy! You are supposed to have a slight increase in your calorie intake! Just take care of yourself and you'll be fine. One thing most women get during pregnancy is insecurity and weight gain unfortunately but it'll all be worth it in the end <3 keep your head up momma, you've got one amazing miricale on the way (:
