I want to get pregnant and my fertile window is 10/11-10 /16 October 2014 and I had sex today with my partner been the 11th day of my ovulation and I want a baby boy, assume ovulation has not taken place how long will the male sparm last before it dies off?
I heard the only thing to possibly help conceive a boy is an alkaline body. Boys r fast lil spermy swimmers and die off easy. So having an alkaline body can help. But this doesnt for sure mean itll be a boy jus highers ur chances.
The male spermatozoid dies faster then the female ones. The sperm can live inside you for 5 days and sometimes eaven a week. But you just can go on with intercours the whole week and can get preg but its not certain to be a boy.
