I'm 30 weeks today and my hubby found my first one yesterday. Stretch marks are hereditary, but my mom and grandma barely have any. So I don't think I'm going to get very many.. I also use coco butter everyday. Nothing actually prevents stretch marks. They mainly just dull the color out. But, it is good to keep your skin hydrated/moist because its easier for your skin to stretch/seperate and won't leave you with huge stretch marks.

I used all sorts of creams with the first two and got numerous stretch marks early on with both. I used organic coconut oil with my last and had no new stretch marks. That could easily be due to already having so many that he just used the old ones lol but either way if go with the oil and try to gain weight slowly because rapid weight gain will cause more stretching. BY NO MEANS SHOULD YOU TRY NOT TO GAIN WEIGHT TO AVOID STRETCH MARKS. sorry, I just wanted to be clear about what I was saying lol so gain slowly, use oil instead of cream, know that they will happen regardless its just about minimizing them. Good luck! :)

I used creams every day. I still got stretch marks the last week of pregnancy. I think those creams are a joke.

I'm 30+5 & don't have them on my stomach yet, but I do have them on my butt. I'm not sure when they got there. I just looked at my butt in the mirror one day and was like where do you guys come from? Lol.
