you can find the bracelets (there are 2) ate walmart, target, walgreen, REI, ect. they have helped some for me, but my doctor has also had to put me on medications for the nausea (i'm 10 weeks now an have been on for 2 1/2 weeks so far it helping, but makes me tired)  Good luck and hope it gets better for you soon!

for me the only thing that helped was finding the comfort foods, and eat them when I felt REALLY bad.  With my first pregnancy if I felt sick I'd have a smoothie or banana and then I'd feel better.  This time, I'm having a hard time finding stuff.  When ever I eat I feel sick, although staying away from some foods did help.  Also, you can try the small meals, however that didn't work for me, for me I get sick when I eat, so the more often I ate the worse I felt.

Broth soups helped a lot as well.  I think I lived off of soup for most of all of my pregnancies.

you can try eating small meals over the course of the day (if you don't eat the nausea will get worse) and drinking things like ginger...dry toast and crackers paired with ginger ale are the diets of a LOT of newly pregnant women, hehe.

but if it gets to the point where you can't control it with at-home techniques (there are plenty you can find to try if you wait, a lot of these women will have some good advice that worked for them) there are things called sea-bands (elastic bracelets that have a ball that puts pressure on a pressure point on your wrist to decrease nausea) that sometimes help, or you can talk to your doctor about a prescription.

do you take your prenatals in the morning? sometimes it's helpful to take them at night.
