Ginger ale and crackers. Or if your Dr has an after hours phone number, he or an ER Dr can prescribe you medicine, CVS pharmacy stays open pretty late :) I did that and they gave me promethizine (spelling? Lol)
babies'r'us has a lollipop that helps with nausea (: they're yummy. I think they're called preggy pops or prego pops. Or you can try chick'fil'as fresh lemonade. You could talk to you doctor about bring prescribed zofran but i honestly only take it when ours absolutely necessary because it causes the worst constipation
peppermint!! Drink some peppermint tea or get some peppermint essential oil Therapeutic grade that is ingestible. I add a couple drops to coconut milk or almond milk and drink about 4oz and in about an hour my nausea was gone. I had it horrible for the first 14 weeks. I couldn't function till my midwife told me about the peppermint oil.
I tried it once in regular milk and it didn't work. Midwife said something about the higher fat content in the coconut and almond milk making it work.
Oooh those preggo pops are good! Lol they are also at motherhood
Lemons are great, for sniffing and in lemonade, don't know why but the citrus helps a lot. I liked those pops, just not the lavender ones. You can get unisom OTC and take that, it's close to prescription zofran, but will make you sleepy.
I tried the pops but sucking on candy made me gag, I drank lemonade, and someone told me to try salt and vinager chips which worked wonders. There were a few weeks (about 3 weeks) I couldn't get out of bed unless I took a zofran and I had no choice with two other kids running around. It finally subsided at about 15 weeks for me but I'm 26 weeks now and every once and a while still get nausea waves I just take a zofran or drink ginger ale
