Usually you have to do these alternative suppliments for more than a week to see any type of change, eg, raspberry leaf tea/tablets should be taken from 36 wks everyday until you start labour or after as well as it helps your uterus go back to its normal size after the birth, so they're not just one-hit wonders, they have to be taken everyday until the desired result is acheived :)

I took it with my other two orally and my water broke with both of them. I had both of them at 37 weeks!

Aww!!  I'm glad it worked 4 u!!  I took it 4 a whole week and nothing changed!  Lol.  Did u take it orally?
