I completely agree with Kelsey Michelle I started out just like you no appetite. Around 13 weeks when my sickness was getting worse I started drinking protein drinks. Chocolate ensures are my favorite. They are so yummy. And I would feel great all day and actually be able to eat. After drinking them everyday my morning sickness went away
I am 11 weeks & weeks 6-9 i had no appetite I vomited everything & lost too much weight. Be sure to keep fluids down try pedialyte and ensure things like that and start prenatals immediately your baby still needs nourishment even when us mommys dont feel like anything is worth eating to nourish! Try small meals, light toast, chicken noodle soup not greasy or too acidic foods. it really helped me

Its normal i was the same way and ididnt start getting my appetite back til my 2nd trimester i still get a little nauseas but i was miserable for 12 weeks..i would feel bad for my hubby bc icouldnt even cook..even tho he didnt mind fast food i know he missed home cooked meals
Peppermints help, so do bananas and gingerale. Try eating chicken broth and toast. Stuff you would eat as if you had the bug or flu. Good luck. And maybe a few more weeks you will. Mine went away and came back around 10-11 weeks, and doesn't affect baby really, they will feed off your fats.
Get protien shakes, I will drink a special k coffee flavored one when I dont feel like eating. You are at least getting nutrition and protien which is really important, you actually get more morning sickness and get more tired and feel yuckier when you dont have protien! I used to never feel good all morning and not have an appetite at all until I started drinking those. My appetite and energy levels get better with them!
U should try to at least snack or eat a few small meals a day
