Evening Primrose Oil?

I've been using 2 1000mg EPO vaginally for the last 2 weeks.... all its done is softened my cervix.

Vaginally is better because the only thing the oil encounters is the cervix.

When I went to the hospital having bad contractions earlier this week, I was dilated to a 1 and she couldn't figure out why I was having contractions so bad and close together because they weren't making me dilate anymore. So hopefully this will help. Lots of walking for me tonight taking my little boy trick-or-treating so I'm gonna insert them tonight before I go to bed and see what happens!

Lol I definitely didn't puke or have bowel issues when I did the castor oil. I guess it depends on the person. It didn't bother me at all.. nor did it bother my little boy. (:

I heard with castor oil you just poop your guys out then it starts contractions lol I was reading about the evening Primrose oil tonight and everyone who was talking about it got labor the next day :) I'm 39 weeks tomorrow and I'm definitely going to try it. I definitely recommend it too!!

Yeah. I went into labor with my son the next morning after I took the castor oil. Lol I just don't have any and for some reason it is so hard to find here. I heard extra virgin olive oil is pretty much the same thing but I don't know if I want to try that. Haha

I used epo idk if it worked because castor oil put me into labor but I think the epo got my cervix ready.
