soda?
I'm in the very early stages of my pregnancy and my boyfriend's noticed I'm drinking a lot more soda than usual. it's normally just sprite or fresca (caffeine free), something along those lines, but every now and then I crave root beer like none other. is it safe to drink?
Like melaniee123 said u can have up to 200 mg of caffeine a day that being said try to limit yourself to only one soda a day caffeine free or not because of how much sugar is in a can of soda
Yes you could have 200mg of caffeine a day, 2 cups of coffee or 1 20oz soda but if its caffeine free your baby should be okay...
