So simple to make and they might just be life savers after baby gets here!!

1. Apply liberal layer of aloe vera all over pad (gel, not liquid concentrate) 2. Pour about a teaspoon of witch hazel (make sure it’s alcohol-free) over the aloe vera 3. Sprinkle on a few drops of lavender essential oil 4. Wrap each pad in tin foil and freeze for use in your early postpartum days

These are regular pads you use for your period but put aloe and witch hazel on them and freeze to help your vagina heal and not burn when your home from the hospital I found it on pinterest if you go to the link it explains everything ... I'm going to make some it couldnt hurt to have a few on hand.
