sooo frustrated
I feel like i cannot win with the morning sickness, sunday i didnt take my nausea meds at all and felt amazing, today im so sick that they arnt even touching it, i dont know what to do, my heads been pounding for 3 days and tylenol isnt helping and nasal spray isnt helping:(
Something that really helped me with the nausea was taking half a unisome at night. I always knew when i forgot the next day because it would be so much worse. Also digest zen by DoTerra helped to. You can either take a few drops or rub some on your belly. Hope you feel better. You might want to give your Dr. A call if your aren't keeping anything down.
