soooo embarrasing, the joys of pregnancy

Ok so I'm 30 +3.. I was sitting in the living room with my younger sister, cousin and their boyfriends. All of a sudden I sneezed and felt a warm gush of water secrete from my downtown. Nope not my water, it was PEE Lol.. I'm thanks God I was wearing black yoga shorts.. but my couch is tan.. then comes my two year old baby brother ruining their time turning off the lights but it saved my butt.. I quickly got up and pretended I spilled water on the couch, cleaned it off and now I'm currently in the tub, as we speak.. Lol I definitely should invest in some poise it depends pads lol

I sneeze and  puke at the same time I haven't peed myself yet but I'm sure it will happen I'm 32weeks and terrified to sneeze!

you guys. Are lucky every time I cough sneeze RUN LAUGH and half the time just breathe I pee myself anymore thank god for pads

Same here whenever I get the urge to throw up I rush to pee first and even then I still have some pee come out when I puke

It happens to me when I throw up. Not a lot but enough thats noticable :(

I sneezed yesterday like ten times in a row. I accidentally said out loud dang it I peed myself. My son had a field day with it. He laughed historically saying haha now you have to change your underwear and why did you pee yourself...common.

I always do it when I throw up or cough hard or sneeze hard I wear panty liners comes in handy

Lately I've been peeing myself when I sneeze really hard. At times I did have to pee, and I would be on my way too. And then at times I kinda didnt.

That why I was so surprised, I didn't even have to pee.. at all

I'm only 24 weeks and it happened to me when I got out of bed & coughed! I was like wtf was that! Yep pee but I didn't even feel like I needed to pee my doctor said just to do some clenches to strengthen the cervix
