contraction pains are not constant, they will come and go with the tightening of your tummy, if your having a constant pain, as the others have said its more than likely a uti, which is a pain in the butt to get one so late in pregnancy, just keep on drinking heaps of water to try and flush it out, or if you can get a hold of some cranberry juice try that :)
Thanks, I just got a big route 44 sonic cup a d filled it with water! Looks like its gonna be a long night=\ this is my first pregnancy so I don't really know how contractions feel either could these pains be contractions, I mean I have experienced a few and I get them.in my back.but now the lower belly pain is freaking me out.
I'd start drinking lots of water right now and call first thing in the morning.
I have a doc appt Wednesday should I wait til than I know uti's can cause your body to go.into labor and the back pain had been constant especially at night and the lower belly pain is still here:( I hope its just ne getting closer to my due date!
I had pains like this my last pregnancy and I had a uti. It could also be pressure from the baby. You're closer to you're due date now, so it could possibly be your body getting ready for labor. I started this at the end of my pregnancy (other than the uti I had) this is how I felt. I was also having to go to the bathroom a lot but it was a little more than pee lol :)
Sorta sounds like a uti or kidney infection (cause of the back pain) could be just getting closer to popping that lil babe out! Call your ob and see if they can get you in. They'll be able.to.test your urine and check everything
