I'm worried why I feel the way I do I'm 21 weeks and 1 day it's being almost 4 weeks since my last ultrasound I feel like some days I'm pregnant and some days I don't people say u feel movements but I felt like little bumps but not much should I be worried

I'm 19+3 btw and occasionally feel little bumps but not too much..mostly when I'm laying down or when I drink cold drinks..

I'm the same way, some days I forget I'm pregnant..but don't worry even though we're still early on in the pregnancy there's still something precious growing inside of us :) just go about your normal day and the baby is still pretty small to feel a lot of movement, it's mostly flutters at this point :) everything will be ok
