wat can i drink or take for an itchy swollen throat?
Also if you have jello mix you can put the jello powder mix in HOT water (it will not work in cold water) and drink it like juice, it tastes really good and it helps sore throats, my mom gave it to us all the time as kids when we got sick.
Hot water with lemon and honey! I had never tried it before but I heard it worked and once I tried it my sore throat was almost gone by the next day. Also just drinking lots of fluids and cough drops are okay as long as you aren't eating them like candy
Gargle Cayenne pepper with warm water, it numbs your throat.... Sounds nuts but it actually works!
