I have tried all home remedies and always have to get medication. If diet doesn't help, there are safe medications you can take to help. Be sure to eat small frequent meals w/ the bland food. Even if it is only a few bites every 2 to 3 hours. Just try to not allow yourself to becoming super hungry, which seems kind of crazy but it really makes it worse.

I just read an artile saying bananas help because they raise your blood sugar. Idk if it works or not but it was a medical report. I always stick to bland tasting foods like rice, toast, chicken, & applesauce.
