spicy food. what shouldnt i eat...

I know all the obvious things to stay away from like alcohol and caffeine. But i love love love spicy foods. As well as sour things like pickles, lucas and chamoy. What things do i need to completely cut out as far as foods go. I just had some jalapenos in my sandwich today. And what about tuna?? I just wanna eat right for my baby

As long as you stay hydrated the beach is safe to go too!

Your welcome. I live in Florida and it's pretty much 90+ degrees everyday. I learned that having a pool helps keep you cool too. But staying hydrated is really important as well

It shouldn't hurt anything, I eat sour candy and pickles all the time. They say to stay away from lunch meat due to listeria but I still eat it. I've never had a problem with it. You can still drink caffeine just limit to one or two cups a day. Still try to drink lots of water , especially if it's hot where you live.

Spicy food is fine as long as it doesn't give you heartburn , I ate an entire bag of takis the other day lol tuna is fine but just moderate how much you eat, I will eat a can or two a week sometimes. I'm so glad spicy food isn't giving me heartburn with my 3rd pregnancy because I crave spicy all the time!
