Robbed

so I feel like I got robbed for my labor I went in I was 11 days overdue and they put some pills inside of my vagina to see if it would thin my cervix . the doctor came in four hours later and checked me I never dilated at all like I was at a zero the whole time and my cervix didn't thin at all and my son never dropped . getting a c section didn't hurt at all it was very very painless and quick my son came out and I was happy to see him but I didn't get to hold him at first his father did and then I got to . I always thought that I would cry when I saw my baby I didn't cry I held him and cuddled him and I was very happy and I loved him at first sight . I feel like I got robbed the whole experience though ...

I understand completely. But let me tell you, you ar e not missing out on anything as far as contractions are concerned, worst pain of my life. But I get it. Next time I am flat out refusing being induced, as I think that is what caused all my problems. I want everything to happen naturally the way our bodies are built to deal with labor and delivery.

I felt the same way. I had 36 hours of excruciating labor that ended I n an emergency c section. Definatly felt robbed but at the end of the day we ended up with beautiful healthy babies, which is all that really matters!
