I actually asked my doctor about spicy food today. I'm 20 w and he said it is completely safe to eat spicy food. It wouldn't affect your baby at all!

My baby loves buffalo and chipotle sauce also so I don't see spicy being a problem :)

I wouldn't think it would be harmful but you may want to ask your Doctor. I am 26 weeks pregnant and still can't eat spicy food it makes me feel sick.
