spotting more than once a month? help !

So, me and my husband are TTC for about three months. I just got off birth control 5 months ago. My period has never been very regular but this past month ive had spotting twice. Once it lasted three days so light it wouldn't fill a tampon and brown or brownish most of the time. Nineteen days later I'm spotting again, a little more red but still brownish (if this makes sense).

Has this happened to anyone ? Not sure if this is something i should get looked at or (fingers crossed) is a preg. symptom?

Any insight or suggestions would be So appreciated :)

It's definitely strange, i normally go 30-40 days between periods with no spotting ever. So to spot twice in a month is strange, and i had some back pain and a bit of cramping with this second string of spotting.

I'm not sure your pregnant, you've only been off birth control for 5 months, it could be your body changing to be off birth control.
