Im 39 weeks almost 40 and today I woke up to.back pain but ive.felt like that throughout the day, and everytime I urinate I get horrible pain kinda in my hips/lower back on top of tailbone, and it also feels like pressure and hurts in the front in my pelvic area, and for some odd reason I have TMI  Diarrhea and I been waking up with my thighs a little wet like if I had peed myself which im positive I didnt, and also I went to that bathroom to wipe today around 1pm because It felt slippery down there and there was light yellow mucus no odor anybody know what this might be?? Should I worry

well I went to the hospital I'm a fingertip dilated, babys negative 2 and 50% effaced having irregular contractions and im in early labor!!! And the pain and pressure I feel in my vagina when I pee is my baby turning and.going lower

Oh and I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow. :)

It can grow back and come out again. I learned that today plus if it was only part of it you might have lost the rest or more parts of it

But I already lost part well a little of it 2 weeks ago

Sounds like the beginning signs of labor :-) you also might have started losing your mucous plug

I've been noticing that I sweat down there...enough to make my undies damp. I first thought I was leaking,  but nope. Just sweat...

Maybe your going into labor I would call my ob or the hospital and see if they tell you to cone in
