If you ask me 200mgs of caffeine is quite a bit of caffeine. A can of coke has 25, a cup of coffee 60mg and espresso shot 75 mg.

I have had soda, iced coffee, and tea throughout my pregnancy.  (Water too). Once in a while is not bad, it'd be different if you bought like 4 and drank them at once.

My doc says some every now and then is just fine, but no more than 2 cups a day or the caffeine could affect the over all health of the pregnancy and baby.

No, just get a decaf or the smallest size and you should be fine most doctors say anywhere from 200-300mg of caffeine a day is the limit.

A little caffeine once in a while is fine! You can actually have a cup of coffee a day. That's what my Dr said anyway.
