now this is weird!?

ive been on the pill for one week and two days, ive had two days of unprotected sex whilst ive been on it!  and i had no bleeding before that, then a day ago i had very bright but light pink bleeding that was only there when i wiped? and now my belly feels all weird and my ovaries hurtt!? could i have still ovulated whilst ive been on them?! i dont think their working at all! also my boobs are so tender and sore, even when im running?! im so confused, i have been weeing alot more aswell, should i ask for a different bc?

yep Amy is right, if you read the instructions it says to use a back up for the first month... so not taking properly there is a chance of pregnancy... i would discontinue taking the pills till AF shows, use a back up form of BC in the meantime and if you get your period and you are not pregnant then restart the pill but remember to use the back up for the whole first month...

There is also a chance that your body is changing due to the pill and the new hormones being introduced but its better to be safe at this point... also id talk to your Dr regarding this... eat healthy, live healthy and maybe even make sure your taking additional vitamins if your really concerned... that way you are covered just incase you are prego and if not its not gonna hurt you.... good luck!!

Actually, the pill takes a month for full effectiveness. So, if you're having unportected sex during the first month you still have the chance of getting pregnant.

The pill can take up to 2 weeks to become fully effective. Best take a test a week after your missed period.
