sting when peeing

So i jus gave birth on the 27th n it just stings like hell when i pee. I squirt my vagina with warm water like they tell u to do but that doesnt help im scared of going peeing its that bad. Does anyone know of a trick that will help with the burning?

Try cold water instead. I haven't delivered yet but once in a while It really hurt to pee...stings very strongly.  I realized if I pour cold water on me as I pee it really helps. I know its tmi but its helped me alot...good luck

U should ice it if it's swollen, but it'll go away within a few days
