I didn't feel contractions with my first child I wish I could have gotten that lucky with my 2nd, as soon as my water broke with my first I started pushing.. with my 2nd my water broke and I felt them through my whole stomach your whole stomach will hurt and it can cause back pain as well lower back pain..

i describe it as a lower pain n i honestly cant describe were exactly their comming from they are just very intense. But those were labor contractions for me
