stomach flu?

I have been throwing up and had diarhea since 6 pm it stopped around 2 am... well I called my doc and she said I could wait untilthe morning and if it doesn't stop go to ER... I think its over buti feel like crap, I'm exhausted.... should I still go checked out or since it stop I shouldjust take it easy...I finally can dring some water ...

Drink some pediasure to replace electrolytes you lost. I mix it with juice cuz it doesn't taste that great. Water will only replace fluids, not the essential minerals lost with vomit and diarrhea.

Today I know for sure it was some virus because everyone in my house is getting it! Good thing is that it doesn't lastthat long...

take it easy and drink plenty to get the fluids back in your system. if it comes back i would defo go get checked out tho

If it only lasted a couple hours and not several days it was food poisoning...most people get it without even knowing it because they automatically label it as "stomach flu" if your doctor said 2 go if it doesn't go away I wouldn't worry about it if it's finally over with...if it comes back then go
