No they melt and soften your cervix! I went from 1 to 10 in less then a day lol!! I did alot of physical activity tho swinging on swings, walking, squating, bouncing on birthing ball, dancing, every tried this galloping technique icant pinpoint the one thing that put me in labor

Well i went to a herb store were i live and she wanted to sell me ez flow or somdthing like that.. she saix it started her labor right away but i was scared so i want to try something else
