tmi but need help

I am 36 weeks along and i am in preterm labor is what my doc said and i was in the hospital aweek ago for a few days getting my contractions calmed down and my doc sent me home and didnt put me on anything to keep the contractions at bay where in a week i am full term. But today i have been going to the bathroom alot and after everytime i pee i have a contraction bad so is it my water leaking out or just pee? Like i feel like my water us going to break with every step i take or every move i make. Plz help

If you think your water is broke put on a pad so that when you do go to the hospital they can check the pad to see if it's your fluid or just pee...
