If you start feeling strange pains or see blood or you start leaking go to the ER. If not I wouldn't worry about it. Just mention it to your doctor next time you go.
Depending on how hard . But your baby very well protected they in a sac plus your 7layers of fat and skin . If you start feel a lot of pain then go to your local E.R
