Actually, if you are pregnant you may or may not have any of the classic symptoms. I am 22 weeks pregnant and I have never had constipation, the frequent urinating started around week 7 and I never had any nausea at all. I actually don't eat any more than I used to except for breakfast (and I force myself to eat breakfast everyday now) because my appetite isn't very active.
None of those common pregnancy symptoms are 100% some women get them, some don't, for some its mental, for other's they are obviously very sick.
The only way I found out I was pregnant was through a pregnancy test because I didn't have symptoms besides sore breasts which happens to me every month right around my period, and even when I found out, I didn't "feel" pregnant until I was like 11 weeks.
Test, that's the only way that you'll know.
Oh, I forgot to mention above that I have been experiencing an increase in creamy, white discharge from my cervix. I don't know if that is also meaningful towards accurately predicting my situation.
