I do the crystal light too and it's helped me drink so much more water! I've had about 64 oz today but you gotta do whatever is gonna help you drink that water haha drinking lots of water helps with constipation and stretch marks too so even better

You could make a 2 quart pitcher of crystal light. It has no sugars/carbs in it.. That's what I've been doing cause I hate plain water. I put it on ice, drink the whole cup and eat the ice, withing about 10 minutes I'm going to get more lol. I go through about 2 and 1/2 quarts a day lol. Needless to say I pee a lot. It is not fun going to the er for dehydration! Trust me.

I used to but my fluid went low my last pregnancy so I feel I have to. All you need is 64ozs a day that's 4 16oz bottles. So drink 1in the morning, one at lunch, one in the evening, and 1 for dinner. You just make them last. A cup really isn't that much if you go by the hour. Just get a measuring cup and drink from it. Anyhow good luck with the water it's not so great at first but once you get used to it you'll like it better than anything else.

Me! I didn't drink much before I got pregnant. But you will want to drink more once you get constipated!

Squirt some lime or lemon juice in it. It makes it so much easier to drink!

Its jusr hard my doc wants me to drink a cup of water every hour im awake but dont seam to be thirsty

I did but I bought a cute container and I just carry it around with me. I look at it and remember that I need to drink.
