So I'm 36weeks, my grandma is days away from her death bed.. she has stage 4 cancer and we've been expecting this for almost 4 years now.. I can't handle it... I wanted her to meet my son :'( she's lost almost 60lbs hasn't eaten in almost a week just lost her vision basically and couldn't even recignize my voice when I went to see her today... she couldn't even raise her hand.. :'( in the beginning of my pregnancy I lost my older sister to a car accident she was barley 20 years old... my grandma is only 63 she is still young :'(

Death destroys me and idk how to handle this now so late in my pregnancy... I had to triple my anti depressents when mu sister died just to stop my self from cryingand to even smile I don't want to do it again..

I take zoloft.. 25mg now.. I don't wanna take 75 or 100mg to make it thru the day... I'm so torn! And with my false labor contractions this isn't helping
