What can I do to get rid of my stuffed up nose? I cannot breathe from it at all.
Use ocean spray nasal spray.

I just got over being sick I use to let hot water run in the shower and let the steam loosen up the congestion but is only temporary. Vicks vapor rub under notrils kinda helps. As far as meds you can take benadryl but it doesn't really help with congestion
