I'm 9+3 weeks pregnant and I just suddenly got the sniffles. I CANNOT sleep and it sometimes causes me to throw up. I feel so weak and I get so warm. What can I do or take to ease my sickness??!

I've used the Breathe Right nasal strips they've helped me out SO much this pregnancy!! My granny who is in South America always said if you put Vicks Vaporub on the sole of your feet and put on cotton socks it should help with stuffiness and congestion. Helped me last time!

Rinse your.nose out with salt water. Other then that and blowing your nose there isn't much you can do. I wish I could tell you its going to go away quick but I got a stuffy nose around the same time as you, and now I'm 25+ 4 and still dealing with the stuffy nose. It doesn't  mean you're sick. Its from the extra fluids in your body, the fluids will use any means necessary to drain, hence why increased vaginal discharge is also common. Your nose just happens to be a convenient way to release fluids.
