stumped...blood clots, lovenox, sweeling, need advice????

HEy ladies!
Well that last day has beena rollercoaster ride for us.  on Saturday night i awoke to incredible calf pain, i thought it was just charlie horses but they ddin't go away and i could barely walk. I rested, stretched, & hydrated all day sunday until I start to get concerned. I was concerned b/c blood clots run in my family especially during pregnancy so to be on the safe side i went to the ER.  The doc said that he suspected blood clots and that he was going to give me an injection of Lovenox and anticoagulant and have me go to the vasuclar lab this morning for a work up. the leg pain is horrible its so hard to walk and with being an OR nurse it's impossible to work. so i went today to get the vascular study done and it came back normal...i was thankful but fustrated b/c i don't know what's causing it. so after vascular i was told to go see my OB so i did and he is stumped.  not only are my calfs sore, extremely tender to touch, but they are also swollen. so he wanted to get a blood test to see if i have an clotting disorder like others in my family (which i just found out came back negative) he also put me in extremely tight compression stockings for prevention.
So i'm stumped at what this could be. my thoughts are that i did have a blood clot but it dissolved over night with the help of the lovenox injection and that's why they didn't see anything on the vascular study but i'm not sure if the lovenox could do that or do that so quickly. my other thought is that some women are just like this during pregnancy.
ANY ADVICE????  My OB dr gave me off work today and tomorrow to try and rest my legs but not sit around too much and make sure i'm up and about.
i hope someone can help me out.

~~Amanda

Normal water will not have these electrolytes if your body is needing it - have you done anything that could have dehydrated you more - maybe see if a good rehydrate solution might help a bit - hope you get the answer you are looking for

It might be an deficiency of any of the following electrolytes sodium, potassium,  chloride, calcium and phosphate in the blood.  Stupid question are you taking a good pregnancy vitamin that might help with this.

Hope  you can get an answer soon - sounds strange that it's even sore to touch.  Hope it gets well soon.
