summer time questions please answer

So I'm 10 weeks and I live in FL. So it gets pretty hot down here and I had a few questions to ask. 1 how long can I lay in the sun for? 2 I love the water is going to the beach and the pool okai for the baby? 3 my family go to wet n wild and I was wondering if i go on some water rides can that hurt the baby?

Talk to your doctor about the rides you might encounter (mine said it was totally fine to do certain ones but to be cautious of the rougher rides).
Stay hydrated and considers your skin tone for how much sun exposure you want. I can only handle 20-30 minutes at once XD

1.) I'm not sure if there is a limit on how long you can be in the sun. Just use make sure you drink lots of water, you get dehydrated really easy while pregnant. 2.) Swimming is completely safe, just watch your belly (accidents happen and you don't want something to accidentally hit hours belly) 3.) Water slides and roller coasters and things like that are NOT,safe. Stay away.
