super full?

Does anyone else feel extra full after eating just a little bit of food ? I ate like 5bites of watermelon and ifeel like I had a 3course meal

That happens to me, but then i get hungry again quickly.
Like i get full fast but i get hungry fast also

Thats how I feel too its awful amd then everyone says idont eat but iwish they felt how I do :/ so they can see im literally full
