swelling feet!
How long after u give birth do ur feet stop being swollen??
Mine took about a week. I also had pre eclampsia though, that might have been a factor. But i noticed that the day after i had my husband give my feet a hard massage, the swelling went away. So massage those puppies!! Lol
It should stop almost immediately. Watch your salt intake, and make sure your fluid intake is adequate but not too much. If it is continuing, and especially if you have any other symptoms (increased tiredness, difficulty breathing, nagging cough, palpitations or a sense of flip-flopping in your chest, crackling sounds when you breathe) please call your doctor or head to the ER immediately.
