Hum sorry for the double repetativeness in that last line of the paragraph...my mind's all over the place. I also meant to clarify that indoor pools don't have a higher chemical content, but more concentrated because of the enclosed space. I was in the swim team for 5 years in school and indoor pools always made me sick because the air was so redolent with chlorine.

Oh man doesn't it just, Sab??

Swim and bathe away, Linz! Swimming is great because it's low-impact and healthy, and as long as you're not douching with chlorinated water you'll be fine, LOL. I would say stay away from indoor pools just because they usually have a higher chemical content and I would avoid those ANYway, but obviously you want to be as chemical-free as possible to aid conception...so just make sure the pools are well-ventilated, and I MIGHT avoid anything like a pond that would have a really high bacterial content just because.....but definitely bathe as often as you want, just avoid baths that are too hot after your estimated ovulation so if you do conceive you're already in the habit of avoiding hot baths in case you conceive.

But yes, swim...very healthy while TTC!
