swimming in lake? safe or no?
I have some friends that have invited me to go swimming with them tomorrow at the lake and I just want to make sure it's safe. I am only 9 weeks but I do want to make sure it's okay. I don't want to harm the baby. Thanks
It fine I went all day just use plenty of sunscreen bc u are more likely to burn when ur pregnant. And don't get any in ur mouth or nose.
