Can i go swimming while preg? is there a limit on swimming at some point during my pregnancy? and are there any serious health risks? thanks im advance!
Have fun being a little fish! Swimming is great exercise, I find it so comforting :)
Swimming is great exercise while pregnant!! as long as its in a clean pool, no lakes or rivers or anything like that
