swimming while pregnant (:
Went swimming today, I heard it's really good for the baby. It made me have contractions & came home super hungry lol but was fun: ) you ladies should try.
I'm 36 weeks & 4 days. I'm not sure about the dialation, I haven't been checked yet. & I think it's because you move around so much, the contractions part, but it's perfectly safe.
I would looooveeeeee to go swimming but I'm afraid I'll have contractions as well. I'm 36+3
