swollen ankles?

I'm 30 & 3, just wondering what home remedies u guys had for swollen ankles?? Mines are so swollen I can't put my boots on :( please help!

Drink lots of water and most of all just sit back and put your feet up. I get my hubby to rub my ankles and it helps really fast, especially if they're sore.

You can try elevating your feet, a wrapped ice pack or soaking your feet in a little less than lukewarm water? I hope this helps!
