i drink plenty of water. I eat a lot of high fiber foods & you can take a laxative
Water and fresh fruit seem to help me.
Luckily never had it, but my doctor gave my stool softener because of iron pills, but I'm not anemic so I don't drink them. You should ask about stool softener/laxative
Pear, milk, grapes and figs are best for you.i had it after my both kids and pears and figs are my best friend's now
Stay hydrated!! (This will help you avoid stretch marks too). Also way lots and lots of fiber from fruits, veggies, starchy foods like potatoes. Even high fiver cereals like mini wheat and raisin bran will help immensely! I also take a magnesium supplement before bed each night, and a probiotic every morning. Regular every single day :).
I eat prunes all day as my snack food but on the days that I don't I have problems. I also drink a lot of water and try to walk at least a mile throughout the day. I have a app that comes with my phone and it tells me how active I've been. Hope that helps
DO NOT TAKE A LAXATIVE! Not sure the harm, but its a known fact you're not allowed to take laxatives while pregnant, smh. I drink 100% apple juice and it works just fine for me.
Eat lots of fiber like apples, pears drink plenty of water and baked beans helped me alot when i had constipation
Keep a bottle of water in hand at all times, I eat around 3 bowls of weetabix everyday and add high fibre veggies to every meal and then eat fruit afterwards.. I struggle with constipation anyway, it's best to keep on top of it by changing your eating habits. When things get bad I take fybregel with orange juice, which again I drink regularly throughout the day
